Akers Ferry to Round Spring

Camped at Pulltite Campground which is part of Ozark National Scenic Riverways and camped for the night. Took Malibu to Round Spring. Put all three kayaks in Melisa’s truck and drove to Akers Ferry to launch. Had Akers Ferry Canoe Rental shuttle Melisa’s truck from Akers to Round Spring ($63). They were a little late delivering her truck to Round Spring but not to bad.

Weather was arm but not hot. Upper 80s. Water was high and fast but manageable. Clear but not crystal. Cold. Saw a handful of people on the river between Akers and Pulltite. More after PUlltite but not really crowded.
